Simple Local Avatars

Simple Local Avatars keeps avatar paths in user meta. In CDN, Ephemeral and Stateless modes the addon filters that user meta so avatar images are served from Google Cloud Storage.

It replaced the built-in Simple Local Avatars compatibility in WP-Stateless 4.3.0.

Tested with Simple Local Avatars 2.8.5.
